Works are completed for Hotel Agencies office in Fitzroy, consisting of an additional mezzanine office above their loading dock. Finally completed, this area now facilitates an additional 13 staff, compactus storage room, boardroom, kitchen, toilets and 2 x managers' offices. Utilizing existing office space is a far cheaper alternative to sourcing a new tenancy.
